Our History

Friends for Life Rehabilitation Services is a collaborative effort that started in 2014. Joanna Kurdi, who is the owner, has an Autistic son, and she spent countless hours searching for the best Day program for him.

It wasn’t soon enough until she realized that she should open a day program of her own to help her son, and others who have developmental disabilities. Friends for Life Rehabilitation Services takes pride in its family oriented setting, and ensures that everyone feels welcome.

Joanna Kurdi along with her late husband Yasin Kurdi founded Friends for Life Rehabilitation Services in late 2014. Official business started in April 2015, and in May 2015 they received their first client.

Friends for Life Rehabilitation Services just celebrated its fifth year anniversary of being open for consumers. FFL is promising to continue its honorable duty of aiding and providing service to everyone with developmental disabilities.
